OUR FOOD

Menu inspiration has been drawn from locally sourced fresh foraged ingredients from the wooded areas at the property, the developing kitchen garden with all its fresh herbs and heritage vegetables and the surrounding Charnwood forest, heathland and meadows.

Renowned Chef Paul Leary joins the team at Abbots Oak and leads the Restaurant, Kitchen and Menus. With over 25 years of high quality catering experience, Paul’s style places great emphasis on regional and seasonal ingredients sourced from the Abbots Oak Kitchen garden, foraged from the local woods and streams, yet with a totally modern dining experience.
